Château Des Léotins

6,50

Château Des Léotins in Sauveterre-De-Guyenne, Gironde (33), one of the highest points in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, 100 meters above sea level.
Château Des Léotins Entre-Deux-Mers is planted with the king grape variety for this appellation, Sauvignon (50%), as well as Semillon (50%) on a sandy-clay soil with a temperate climate.

Vinification: 24-hour skin contact maceration, followed by pressing and vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Tasting

Brilliant, pale yellow-white color. Frank nose with fine aromas of flowers, jasmine and fruit, citrus.
On the palate, a frank attack reveals fruity flavors of orange and pineapple, with great intensity and pleasant freshness.

Food and wine pairing

Aperitifs, seafood, fish, white meats, raclettes. Enjoy chilled at around 10°C.

Why the name ENTRE-DEUX-MERS?

Because we’re located to the east of Bordeaux, between two rivers, the Garonne and the Dordogne, in the Gironde department, right in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards.
The approval of these wines meets very demanding criteria.
