This cuvée, from our best plots, completes our Bordeaux range.
This cuvée, made exclusively from Merlot grapes, uses a special technique that gives it an exceptional red fruit flavor.
Grape varieties: 100% merlot noir.
Vinification: optimum ripeness.
Harvest heated to 70°, then cooled to 15-20°.

Rapid fermentation, short vatting time, giving it a complex red-fruit aroma.
A pleasant wine, supple and full of ripe red fruit, to be enjoyed immediately.

Food and wine pairing

Tasting around 15-16°. Fresh as an aperitif, it’s perfect with summer dishes or foreign specialties such as couscous, paella or pizza. It will reveal all its aromas with a dish of fine French charcuterie.
